Shipping Policy
Fast, reliable delivery across Zambia.
We work with trusted courier partners to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout Zambia. Same-day and next-day delivery is available within Lusaka. Orders to Copperbelt, Southern, Eastern, Central, and other provinces are typically delivered within 3–5 business days via our courier partners.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
• Lusaka (within city): flat rate, shown at checkout
• Copperbelt and major towns: standard courier rate
• Other provinces: courier rate based on distance
We offer FREE shipping on orders above our free shipping threshold. The threshold is shown at checkout and on product pages.
3. Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CAT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
In rare cases (high-volume sale periods, public holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We will notify you if there is any delay with your order.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:
• Lusaka: 1–2 business days
• Copperbelt (Kitwe, Ndola, Chingola): 2–3 business days
• Other provinces: 3–5 business days
• Remote areas: up to 7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier capacity, or events outside our control.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also view real-time order status by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail (no one available, incorrect address, no contact response), your parcel will be held at the nearest depot for collection. You will be contacted to arrange collection or redelivery (additional fees may apply for redelivery).
7. International Shipping
At this time, we ship within Zambia only. We are expanding to other African countries soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@fitguide.co.zm. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us immediately so we can investigate with our courier partners.
